Dr. Lee I. Cohen, D.M.D.
Dr. Cohen founded the Cohen Care Center for Dental Health over 15 years ago and uses the latest technology and techniques to provide his patients with optimum results with the most care and comfort. He is surrounded by a staff which is completely dedicated to the comfort, well-being, and total satisfaction of every patient who comes to our office. Dr. Cohen graduated from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine with high honors in Oral Diagnosis and Oral Pathology. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received advanced training in all areas of general dentistry. Dr. Cohen founded Direct Mobile Dentistry in 2001, which is a mobile geriatric dental service providing comprehensive quality dental care in over 60 independent and assisted senior living and memory care communities and nursing homes in the Atlanta area. Dr. Cohen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Special Care Dentistry Association and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. 

Roz
Our office manager, Roz, brings to our practice a level of dedication and work ethic that is rarely matched. Roz has mastered the “fine art" of patient relations, stressing personalized care, as part of our commitment that each patient is our most important one.  She is very experienced with all aspects of front office patient care, including insurance and convenient scheduling. We are grateful to have her on our team.

Carla
Carla is our front office assistant, helping to ensure that the Cohen Care Center runs smoothly and efficiently.  She is one of the reasons that our office can pride itself on seeing patients at their scheduled appointment time.  Carla has the additional and vital role of scheduling for Direct Mobile Dentistry, a service which provides on-site dental care to residents in over 60 senior communities and nursing homes in Atlanta as well as many home-bound individuals.  Carla spends much of her time speaking with families seeking on-site quality dental care for their family members.

Ashley
Our dental assistant, Ashley, has acquired a high level of expertise in all techniques that Dr. Cohen uses. She has the added ability to relax the patients during their appointments through her soft, gentle and fun personality. Ashley is also very involved with keeping the mobile dental service, Direct Mobile Dentistry, running smoothly.

Irene
Our hygienist, Irene, graduated from the University of California, San Francisco Dental Hygiene Program in 2002. Irene is highly skilled in all aspects of dental hygiene including preventative and periodontal care.  She has received additional training qualifying her to effectively manage disabled and highly anxious patients in the dental chair.  Patients love their dental cleaning appointments with Irene and we are grateful to have her professional and talented skills in our office.
